What we do
Five services. Everything else, we will tell you who to call.
Market Entry Assessment
Before you spend serious money, an honest answer: is the other market viable for your business, in what form, and what will it take?
A structured assessment of four to six weeks covering demand and competition, the regulatory position, entry-mode options, the realistic cost and timeline of each, and the specific risks that apply to your sector. It concludes with a recommendation — including, where the honest answer is that the market is not yet right for you, that answer. We would rather lose a project than sell you an entry you should not make.
Talk to us about an assessment →Partner Search and Vetting
The right partner is the single biggest determinant of success in either direction, and the wrong one is the most expensive mistake available.
We identify candidates through our own networks rather than directories, qualify them commercially and financially, verify what can be verified — registrations, filings, ownership, reputation in their own market — and manage introductions through to a signed head of terms. We also tell you what we could not verify, and what we would want to know before we signed anything ourselves.
Talk to us about a partner search →Entity Setup and Compliance
Company formation, registrations and ongoing compliance in India or Germany.
Delivered with our named partner firms — on the Indian side, Anil Parekh & Co., Chartered Accountants; on the German side, Nexus-Europe GmbH — under our coordination, so that you have one point of accountability rather than four invoices and no one answering for the sequence. In India that means incorporation, PAN, TAN, GST and the annual compliance calendar. In Germany it means the choice of legal form, the notary, the Handelsregister filing, the tax registrations and the first employment contracts.
Talk to us about entity setup →Joint Venture and Transaction Structuring
Where the engagement stops being an introduction and becomes a deal.
Shareholding and governance design, commercial agreements, financing structure, and negotiation support in the room. Led by Uwe Sellmer, drawing on twenty-five years of German corporate-finance practice, with Indian-side counterpart work led by Sanjay Iyer. This is the part most firms in this corridor do not do: they find you a partner and hand you to your lawyers. We stay to the signature.
Talk to us about a transaction →Defence and Dual-Use Market Access
A dedicated practice for defence, security and dual-use companies in both directions: procurement processes and timelines, licensing, industrial cooperation and offset requirements, export-control awareness, and the institutional relationship-building this sector runs on. Led personally by a former Defence Attaché.

How an engagement works
A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Thirty minutes with one of the two directors. If we are not the right firm for your problem, we will say so in that call and, where we can, tell you who is.
A written proposal follows, setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, the named principal responsible, any partner firms we propose to use and what they cost, and the total fee. You will know the full cost before you commit.
Assessment mandates typically run four to six weeks at a fixed project fee. Partner search and transaction mandates are scoped individually — typically a monthly retainer against a defined deliverable schedule[, with a success component where appropriate].
You will always be working with a principal. Not an analyst, not an associate, not a subcontractor you have never met.
